At Thrive & Bloom Psychological Services, we offer individual, couples, and group therapy to adults of all ages. Services are offered in-person in Allentown or virtually throughout PA and 42 other states.

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming and we don’t always have the support we need. That’s where therapy comes in! Therapy can be helpful for all types of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, family challenges, and life transitions. Therapy is a nonjudgmental, affirming space to help you create the life you want to live.

Relationships deserve care and attention and couples therapy can help partners work through challenges in communication, intimacy, life transitions, and more. Dr. Mink specializes in working with couples and has received extensive training in Gottman, EFT, and IBCT approaches.

Navigating pregnancy, birth, parenthood, and trying to conceive can be stressful and overwhelming. Dr. Mink is a certified perinatal mental health professional (PMH-C) and works often with clients navigating these challenges.

Having a therapy animal present in session can help with emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and stress reduction. Therapy dog, Lily, provides animal-assisted therapy sessions to clients who may benefit.
